Flower Cart
Our Flower Cart is open every Friday and Saturday all day! The cart is located right outside the farm gate at 5532 Sweigert Rd, San Jose, CA. Cash and Venmo/Paypal are accepted. Stop on by!
Bouquet Subscriptions
Sign up for a monthly delivery or pick up of a farm fresh bouquet of gorgeous flowers at the peak of their bloom.

Flower farm in the heart of Silicon Valley
GraceHope Flowers was started in 2019 by Jessica, who loves to grow flowers and had a dream of sharing this passion with other flower lovers. She named her business after her 2 daughters, Grace and Hope, who bring beauty into her life every day.
