Flower Cart
The Flower Cart is open all day every Saturday during the season! Please be advised that the cart is currently closed and will resume operations in March.
You can find the cart right outside the farm gate at 5532 Sweigert Rd, San Jose, CA. We accept cash, Venmo and PayPal. We hope to see you there!

Sign up for a monthly delivery or pick up of a farm fresh bouquet of gorgeous flowers at the peak of their bloom.

Flower farm in the heart of Silicon Valley
GraceHope Flowers was started in 2019 by Jessica, who loves to grow flowers and had a dream of sharing this passion with other flower lovers. She named her business after her 2 daughters, Grace and Hope, who bring beauty into her life every day.
